To Duane & Roger - we are so sorry for your loss. The Belka family were caregivers to Kate & Rachael when they were small. They opened up their house & hearts to our girls & treated them like their own. Very special memories of all of you, especially at Christmas when we hang our apples on the tree. Our thoughts are with you.

I graduated from Telecom school with Scott. Very nice guy. We were the last Telecom class at Wabash Valley and the first to graduate from Lincoln Trail(1994). I have great memories from those days. Scott's father Richard was also one of our instructors. I am honored to have known them both. My prayers and condolences to the family. May God grant you peace and comfort in the days ahead.

I was shocked to hear of the passing of one of my favorite former MCHS students. I had the pleasure of spending lots of time with Scott while he was a student at MCHS. I will always remember how respectful he was and his constant smile. He was a great kid! Rest in Peace my friend! Thoughts and prayers to the rest of the Belka Family!

We have great memories fishing with him, couldn't out fish us though but he tried and had a lot of fun laughing about the catch. We also enjoyed talking about the old times over afew beers. He made us many meals while he lived on the farm.
Even though we didn't see him that often we will miss him and keep him in our memories, and prayers.
