Frances B. (Woods) Horrall

Frances B. Horrall, 83, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at River Oaks Health Campus in Princeton, Indiana.

She was born Friday, March 17, 1933 in Wabash County, Illinois to Raymond and Freda (Adams) Woods.

Frances was a member of Parkview Christian Church in Mt. Carmel. She was a homemaker much of her life and grandmother to her five grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Bobby, of 65 years; children, Larry (Connie) Horrall of Mt. Carmel and Beverly (Glen) Luker of Albion, IL; grandchildren Tim (Stephanie) Luker, Stacey (Mason) Moore, Joshua (Ashley) Horrall, Matthew (Tara) Horrall, and Ryan (Lauren) Horrall; and nine great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Gene Woods; sisters, Betty Hockgeiger and Mildred Medlevine.

The Funeral for Mrs. Horrall will be Monday, December 26, 2016

at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Short Funeral Home, 527 N Mulberry St., Mt. Carmel. Visitation for family and friends will be from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the Service.

Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Cemetery, College Drive, Mt. Carmel.
