Rodger Dale Cook

Rodger Dale Cook, 63, of Mt. Carmel, IL passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021, at St. Vincent Hospital, Evansville, IN with his loving family by his side.

Rodger was born February 5, 1958, in Lawrenceville, IL, the son of Roy Zelbert and Mildred Lucille (Earnst) Cook. He was an oil field worker much of his life.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children Melissa Weir of Bellmont, IL, Amy Ellison of Mt. Carmel, IL, Shane Cook of O’Fallon, IL; five grandsons; two granddaughters; brothers Bobby Cook, Billy Cook, David Cook; sisters, Betty Poland, and Sheila Hoh.

Rodger was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Kenny Cook.

Per his wishes his body will be cremated. There will be no service.
