Patsy Joan (Treece) Randolph, 87, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025, at her home with her loving daughter by her side.
She was born on August 28, 1938, in Mt. Carmel, IL. Patsy was the daughter of Clifton and Velma (Stoneberger) Treece.
Patsy was a devoted member of Community Church of God. She was a graduate of Mt. Carmel High School in 1956. Patsy retired after 30-plus years working as a cook for District 348. She also spent time working as a Telephone Operator for GTE. She was very devoted to her children and grandchildren.
Her hobbies included baking cakes for people, including wedding cakes. She also enjoyed knitting and reading.
Patsy is survived by her children, Cynthia (Jerry) Mobley of Mt. Carmel and Bill (Linda) Randolph of Bellmont; her sister Katherine Keneipp of Mt. Carmel, grandchildren, Meagan (Jared) Steckler, Amber (Codey) Lynn, Clifton Mobley, Kaitlyn (Al) Smith, T.J. Mobley, Chastalee (Jay) Viehe, and Chelsea Randolph, and great-grandchildren, Tate, Ellanie, Kayleigh, Adelynn, Anderson, Emmey, Gradey, Bryant, Blake, Berkeley, Leon, and Rayna. She is also survived by her special friend, Sylvia Dudley, whom she loved very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Gene Treece, and son, Rick Randolph.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Community Church of God in Mt. Carmel, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on December 16, 2025, at Community Church of God.
Burial will follow the service at Highland Memorial Cemetery.
