Laura Shine Obituary

Laura Alice Shine, 64, of Evansville, Indiana, (formerly of Mt. Carmel) passed away Monday, February 1, 2021, at Wabash General Hospital.

She was born April 4, 1956, in Mt. Carmel, Illinois, the daughter of Edward Mack and Mary (Walker) Shine. Laura graduated from Mt. Carmel High School in the class of 1974. She went on to college and received an associate degree in nursing, LPN.

Laura was born and raised in Mt. Carmel but lived most of her adult life in Evansville. She was a retired nursing LPN. Laura loved animals and spending time with her family and friends.

Left to cherish her memory are a sister-in-law Melinda Shine; half brother Daniel Shine; and several nieces and nephews.

Laura was preceded in death by her parents and brother Mike.
