Joyce A Rosignol

Joyce Ann (Jones) Rosignol, 86, of Mount Carmel, IL passed away on June 24, 2026 at Oakview Heights Continuous Care and Rehabilitation.

She was born on Monday September 18, 1939, in Mt. Carmel, Illinois. She was the daughter of Johnnie Alonzo and Agnes Marie (Richardson) Jones. She married John L. Rosignol on November 19, 1962 in Jouy-Sur-Eure, France. John preceded her in death on May 22, 2010.

Joyce graduated from Mt. Carmel High School, and she worked in finance following high school.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 4 brothers Donald Ray, Veryl, Paul, and Richard Jones.

Visitation will be held on Friday July 10, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service in the chapel of Short-Cunningham Funeral Home, 527 N Mulberry St, Mt. Carmel.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday July 10, at the chapel of Short-Cunningham Funeral Home.

Burial will follow the service at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Mount Carmel, IL.
