Gary Warnken

Gary Warnken of Baudette passed away tragically on October 6, 2023 at the age of 72.
Gary Lee Warnken was born on September 23, 1951 to Rudolph and Edna (Woodard) Warnken in
Baudette, MN.
Gary worked through his life at the Hasbargen Farm for Kenny and Roger Hasbargen, Jack';s Sawmill, and
he worked with Albert Hasbargen logging. He loved to visit with people, read, and volunteer. Gary cared
about everyone and knew everything going in the neighborhood.
He is survived by his sisters Betty (Charles) Besser, Rose Drohan, Judy (Raymond) Seigrist, Jean Fuller,
Joyce Warnken; and brother John (Tania) Warnken
Gary was preceded in death by his father and mother, Rudy and Edna; sister Irene Ethridge; and
brothers-in-law Ernest Drohan and Dean Fuller.
A Graveside Service for Gary Warnken of Baudette will take place on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at the
Border Cemetery just East of Baudette at 11:00am. If raining services will be conducted at the Border
Church.
