Frank D. Brandebourg, 73, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2019.
He was born April 8, 1946, in Princeton, Indiana, the son of Ben Brandebourg and LaVerne I. (Schonaman) Belton. After graduating high school, Frank served as a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Vietnam War, receiving two purple hearts. He worked as court security for Wabash County. Frank was a member of the NRA.
Left to cherish Frank’s memory is his mother, LaVerne I. Belton; children, Todd Andrew Barker, Christopher David Brandebourg and Benjamin Levi Brandebourg; and grandchildren, Devin Gage and Emery Levi, Madyline Elizabeth and Dereria Star.
Preceding him in death was his father, Ben Brandebourg and grandparents, Frank and Selma Schonoman.
There will be a private funeral service. Burial will be in St. Ann, Missouri.
