Frances "Franny" Scott

Frances Scott, 74, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, peacefully passed away March 20, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her River Oaks family.

She was born March 18, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Princena Scott.  Franny attended Gospel Kingdom Church.  She was a client at WAVE.

Franny lived at Rivers Oaks since 2007.  She enjoyed gospel and country music.  Franny loved everyone around her. 

Left to cherish Franny’s memory is her adopted mother, Kris Markle; siblings, Ronnie Jacobs and Kim Walston; niece,Tori and two nephews, Jaxon and Vincent; one great nephew and a great niece; and her River Oaks and WAVE families.  

There will be no funeral service.  Burial will be at Bethel Cemetery at a later date.
