Daisy “Cleo” Belcher, 92, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, formerly of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, passed away August 12, 2020, in Oklahoma City.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Short-Cunningham Funeral Home (527 N. Mulberry Street, Mt. Carmel, Illinois). 

Family and friends are invited to a visitation at Short-Cunningham Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service (2:00 p.m.).
