Betty "Kandel" (Anderson) Anderson

Betty “Kandel” Anderson, 70, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at her residence.

She was born November 18, 1949, in Wabash County, Illinois, the daughter of Jack Anderson and Ruby Lee Batchelor.  Betty was a homemaker, loved pets and was a member of the ASPCA.

Left to cherish Betty’s memory are her children, Jill Lynn, Timothy James Allen and Kerry D. (Luke) Greentree; grandchildren, Neal (Aubrey) Greentree, Tony Cerasi and Jon Cerasi and Jessica Jennings; great grandchildren, Harleah Greentree and Atreus Greentree, all that referred to Betty as “Nanoo;” and a brother, Earl Lee Anderson.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents and a son Dwight (Sonny) Allen.

Per her wishes, Betty will be cremated and there will be no formal services.
