Arrion Shuntal Swanigan

Arrion Shuntal Swanigan, 39, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, passed away peacefully at his home Monday, March 7, 2022, surrounded by his River Oaks family.

He was born September 1, 1982, in Kankakee, Illinois, the son of Aaron and Angela Swanigan. Arrion lived at River Oaks since June of 2009. While living at River Oaks, he enjoyed attending WAVE and both were considered his “family.”  Arrion had expressive eyes, an infectious smile, and a gentle heart.

He will be missed by his River Oak and WAVE family. A special mention to his dear friend, Vickie.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date with burial at Bethel Cemetery in Bellmont, Illinois.
