Wilda A. (Wright) Bostick

Wilda A. Bostick, 60, of Petersburg, Indiana, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018, at University Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.

She was born August 31, 1957, in Mount Carmel, Illinois, the daughter of Barbara Ann (Banks) and Waldo Harold Wright.  She married Roy Bostick.  He passed away June 4, 2015.

Wilda was a very giving and loving person.  She worked as a Nurse Aide in nursing homes.  Her grandchildren were special to her and she loved every minute she could spend with them.

Left to cherish her memory are her father, Waldo Harold Wright of Bonita Springs, Florida; son, Waldo Leroy Williams of Vincennes, Indiana; stepdaughter, Robyn Goings of Petersburg, Indiana; grandchildren Drake Lung, Andrew Williams, Brooklyn Williams, Gavin Lung, Mekenna Goings, Haden Goings; brothers, Michael Wright of Owensville, Indiana and Timothy Wright of Princeton, Indiana; and sister Sheri David of Bonita Springs, Florida.

Wilda was preceded in death by her husband and her mother.

The funeral service for Wilda Bostick will be Sunday, May 27, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at Gospel Kingdom Church, Mt. Carmel, Illinois, with visitation from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.  Burial will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Petersburg, Indiana.
