Carl W. Sullivan Obituary

Carl W. “Sonny” Sullivan, 59, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He had recently accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. We are at Peace knowing he is now with the Lord.

He was born April 15, 1959 in Rantoul, Illinois, the son of Carl F. and Ruth N. (Latimer) Sullivan. He married the love of his life, Lisa Carpenter, on January 6, 1979 at First Baptist Church in Mt. Carmel.

Carl was a Regional Director of Auto Auction Operations of Alliance Inspection Management of California.

He is survived by his mother, Ruth,  and sister, Eva Chiovitti, both of Las Vegas NV; wife, Lisa; six children, Michelle (Patrick) Walter of Mt. Carmel, James W. (Kristen) Sullivan of Mt. Carmel, Robert A. (Megan) Sullivan of Mt. Carmel, Karla (Michael) Bizzarri of Springfield OH, Marla (Dylan) Lenart of Hubbard OH, Laura (Brenten) Fortner of Mt. Carmel; grandchildren, Christian Johnson, Johnathan Johnson, Ariana Johnson, Allison Walter, Kinley Harris, Beckham Harris, Tayah Berberich, Everett Sullian, Kohen Sullivan, Athena Lenart, Rex Lenart,  Ellyana Fortner, Isabella Fortner. He is preceded in death by his father; brother, Leroy Sullivan and granddaughter, Gabrielle Markle.

There will be a Private Family Service.
