Barbara A (Banks) Wright

            Barbara A. Wright, 79 of Bonita Springs FL formerly of Mount Carmel, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at her residence.

She was born on Thursday, January 20, 1938 to Charles and Opal (DeWitt) Banks.  She married Waldo Harold Wright on Saturday, July 10, 1954 in Owensville IN and he survives.

            She was a member of Gospel Kingdom Church and was a school monitor and a housekeeper.

            Left to cherish her memories is her husband of 62 years Waldo; two daughters Wilda Bostick and Sheri David; two sons Michael Wright and Timothy Wright; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Also surviving are two siblings David Banks and Pauline Snyder; and many nieces and nephews.

            Preceding Barbara in death are her parents and 7 brothers and sisters.

            Visitation will be on Sunday June 25, 2017 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Gospel Kingdom Church in Mount Carmel.

            Funeral service will follow the visitation on Sunday June 25 at 3:00 pm at the church. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Cemetery.

            Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Gospel Kingdom Church or JoAnne's House Hospice in Bonita Springs FL. There will be envelopes available at the church.
