Tripp Alan Leon Lingo

Tripp Alan Leon Lingo, 3 month old, of Mt. Carmel passed away Monday, July 27, 2015 at Wabash General Hospital in Mt. Carmel, Illinois.

Tripp Alan, the infant son of Tyler and Natasha (Groff) Lingo, was born Sunday, April 5, 2015 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He has two sisters surviving, Kiara and Kyrie Lingo; paternal grandparents Terry (Cassie Harms) Lingo and Jo Ann (Darrel) Brady; Great-great grandmother Nancy Rainy; maternal grandparents, Eddie (Aleta) Phelps, Joedy Groff, Cynthia Phelps; uncles, Tyler Phelps, Robert Ridgley and Christopher Groff; and aunts, Roberta Lingo, Telisha Ridgley and Samantha Harms.

Preceding Tripp in death are his paternal great-grandparents, Omer “Buddy” Lingo, Lucille Sparks Lingo, Diane Cox, Joe Birkla; maternal great-grandparents, Merlyn (Alsphach) Groff and Larry Groff; and cousins Derick Birkla and Nathaniel Lingo.

Chapel Funeral Service for Tripp will be Friday, July 31, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Short Funeral Home, 527 N. Mulberry St., Mt. Carmel, Illinois. Family and friends may visit from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Cemetery, Mt. Carmel.
