Bobbie Lee Hulfachor

October 21, 1923 ~ November 13, 2016 (age 93) 93 Years Old


          Bobbie Lee Hulfachor, 93, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016, at Oakview Continuous Heights.

 

          On Sunday, October 21, 1923, he was born the son of Frank J. and Emma (Stern) Hulfachor in Wabash County, Illinois.  Bobbie was a member of the Free Methodist Church.  He was a material handler at Meissner’s retiring after 40 years of service.   Bobbie enjoyed playing Bingo, was a diehard St. Louis Cardinal’s fan and was the “Papaw” on the sidelines rooting at his grandkid’s sporting events.  He absolutely loved being with his family and acquired a fondness for Mountain Dew and Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups.

 

          Left to cherish his memory are his children Robert Hulfachor of Cleveland, Tennessee, Jeff Hulfachor ,  Frank and his wife Jenniffer Hulfachor and Jennie and her husband Jeff Walker, all of Mt. Carmel; five grandchildren, Dakota Hulfachor, Cory Walker, Elizabeth Hulfachor, Chase Walker and Paige Walker; and a sister, Anne Nordoza.

 

          Preceding him in death were his parents and siblings Gene and Francis.

 

          Visitation will be held Friday, November 18, 2016, from 10:00 to 2:00 at the Free Methodist Church, 412 Poplar Street, Mt. Carmel, Illinois, with the funeral service immediately following at 2:00 also at the church.   Burial will follow in Bone Gap Cemetery.
